This 35 year old woman came to Dr. Mark Anton, a Newport Beach breast surgeon for a natural breast augmentation. She was 5’8″ and 145 lbs.; she started with a 34 B cup and wanted to be a  34 C cup after surgery. Dr. Anton did an under the muscle breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round silicone gel implants (325 cc on the right, 300 cc on the left) through IMF incisions. He also did a crescent breast lift on her left breast to make her nipples more symmetric and liposuction to armpit bulges to improve her contours. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
