34 year old woman, 5’2”, 110 lbs, capsular contracture, breast implant revision, breast lift, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted a breast implant revision to have more natural looking breasts that have a better slope, are smaller, and softer. Her first surgery was five years prior, she had textured saline breast implants (450 cc filled with 570 cc on the right breast, 480 cc on the left breast). For this procedure she had bilateral capsulectomies with removal of her intact implants and a reagumentation with smooth walled saline implants (330 cc with 335 cc saline). She also had a full mastopexy breast lift on both breasts. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
