58 year old woman, 5’1”, 108 lbs, Baker Grade II capsular contracture, implant rupture, breast implant revision, breast lift, Orange County, Ca

This patient felt that her breast implants were too big and were causing her pain. She had her original breast augmentation 26 years prior with 300 cc silicone implants placed on top of the muscle and was a 34 D cup. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast implant exchange with removal of right ruptured implant and left intact implant and placement of Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 300 cc implants under the muscle and a full mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
