This patient originally had a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone smooth gel 550 cc implants and a circumareolar mastopexy or doughnut lift. After that surgery she felt that her breasts were too large, she wore a full 34 D cup and wanted to be a large C. Her breasts were also painful and she did not like the shape. She had Baker’s Grade 4 capsular contracture and was a candidate for a full breast lift but did not want the scars because perkiness was not a priority for her. For this procedure her original implants were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (425 cc on the right, 475 cc on the left) and extensive work was done to her scar capsules. She also had a secondary circumareolar mastopexy or doughnut lift to raise her areolas minimally. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
