This patient had her original breast augmentation 15 years prior with smooth silicone gel 440 cc implants. She got capsular contracture on both breasts, they were very hard and firm. For this procedure her original implants were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 475 cc implants and had a simultaneous full mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
