This patient had her original breast augmentation 10 years prior, she felt that her breasts did not look natural and that her right breast was larger than the left. She wanted her breasts to be smaller, to have better cleavage, and to look natural. For this procedure her original “375 cc” saline implants (right breast was overfilled to 460 cc, left was overfilled to 440 cc) were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel  350 cc implants. Her scar capsules were revised and she had a cautery suture fixation to the lateral sides of her breasts and underneath her breast folds to improve the shape of her breasts. She also had a crescent mastopexy breast lift on both breasts to move her nipples up minimally. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
