48 year old woman, 5’10”, 135 lbs., breast implant revision, breast lift, 32 DD cup to 32 C cup, Long Beach, Ca

This patient had multiple previous breast surgeries but she felt that her breasts were now too large and low’ she was a 32 DD cup and wanted to be a 32 C cup. For this procedure her Sientra textured round gel 485 cc implants were removed and replaced with Sientra smooth round silicone gel implants (435 cc on the right, 385 cc on the left.) She also had a capsule revision and a full mastopexy lift.
