This patient had her original breast augmentation 20 years prior; she now wanted her breasts to be larger and perkier. She was a candidate for a full lift but did not want to have the scars associated with a full mastopexy. For this procedure her original saline textured implants that were on top of the muscle were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 800 cc implants under the muscle. She also had a circumareolar lift and liposuction to her lateral chest and axillary folds. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
