This patient wanted her breast implants to look more natural. She had her original breast augmentation 16 years prior with McGhan smooth saline implants (right breast 330 cc and left breast 300 cc) on top of the muscle. She wanted to stay a 36 C cup but desired to have a more natural slope. For this procedure she had a bilateral implant exchange with full capsulectomies with removal of her intact saline implants and placement of Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 435 cc implants under the muscle. She also had a crescent mastopexy lift on her left breast to make her breasts more symmetric. These photos were taken 4 months after her procedure.
