This patient wanted a breast implant revision because her breasts were painful and she wanted perkier and more symmetric breasts. She had her original breast augmentation 3 years prior, with McGhan textured saline 425 cc implants. For this procedure she had a bilateral inferior capsulectomy with superior capsulotomy, removal of intact implants and placement of Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 300 cc implants with a full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken a year and a half after her surgery.
