This 62 year old woman came to see Dr. Mark Anton, a Newport Beach breast surgeon for breast implant revision and breast lift. She had her original surgery 35 years prior and a mammogram found that both of her breast implants had ruptured. She wore a 36 DD and wanted to be a full C cup after surgery; Dr. Anton felt that a full lift was necessary in order for her breasts to be smaller and perkier. Dr. Anton removed her original ruptured implants and placed new Allergan Natrelle Inspira 255 cc smooth silicone gel implants under the muscle. Dr. Anton also did full mastopexies and liposuction to optimize the shape of her breast. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
