37 year old woman, 5’3″, 135 lbs, breast implant revision, breast lift, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation and lift 3 years prior. After her surgery she breastfed children, she felt that they were now too low and larger. For this procedure her original 550 cc smooth saline implants were removed and replaced with 400 cc smooth silicone gel implants with a secondary T mastopexy lift and cautery suture fixation under her breast folds. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
