This patient had previously had a breast augmentation but her breasts had gotten hard. For this procedure her original 300 cc silicone implants that were on top of the muscle were removed and replaced with McGhan smooth wall silicone gel 560 cc implants under the muscle. She also had a simultaneous V mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
