This patient wanted her breast implants revised to have more natural looking breasts. She originally had saline implants placed on top of the muscle. She wanted her breasts to have a more natural slope and to not look fake and hard on top. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast revision and implant exchange to Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 450 cc implants placed under the muscle. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
