41 year old woman, 5’4”, 125 lbs, breast implant revision, San Diego County, Ca

This patient wanted an implant revision to make her breasts more symmetric, larger and softer. She had her original breast surgery done four years prior. For this procedure she had her saline implant that were positioned on top of the muscle removed and replaced with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 650 cc implants placed under the muscle. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
