49 year old woman, 5’3”, 108 lbs, breast implant revision, deflated implant, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast implant revision to have softer and more natural looking breasts. Her original surgery was done 26 years prior with smooth wall double lumen 225 cc saline implants (right implant deflated) placed on top of the muscle. For this procedure her original implants were removed and then replaced  with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 375 cc implants placed under the muscle.
