58 year old woman, 5’5”, 120 lbs, breast implant revision, capsular contracture, Orange County, Ca

This patient had 6 previous breast surgeries; she came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts had gotten hard again. Dr. Anton determined that she had Baker’s Grade IV capsular contracture on both of her breasts and that her muscle had been not been detached properly. For this procedure Dr. Anton completely removed her capsules, revised her scars, and revised her muscle attachment. He also removed her Mentor textured silicone gel 350 cc implants and replaced them with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 350 cc implants. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
