36 year old woman, 5’6″, 140 lbs., breast implant rupture, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her left saline breast implant had ruptured. Since she was having surgery she wanted her breasts to be a little bigger and to feel more natural. Dr. Anton removed her original 300 cc saline implants and replaced them with Mentor MP+ smooth silicone gel 450 cc implants placed under the muscle. He also revised her scar capsules and performed a crescent breast lift to make her nipples a little perkier. These photos were taken 3 years after her surgery.
