This patient had a breast augmentation 15 years before and came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her left implant had ruptured. The patient decided to replace both of her implants since she wanted to go a little bigger to have more volume on top. Dr. Anton removed her original MCGhan 420 cc saline implants and replaced them with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel 450 cc implants and revised her scar capsule. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
