50 years old woman, 5’4”, 115 lbs, breast implant revision, capsular contracture, Orange County, Ca

This patient had a breast augmentation 15 years prior, she came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts were firm and she wanted them to be a little bigger. Dr. Anton removed her saline implants (390 cc on the left, 290 cc on the right) and replaced them with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel implants (550 cc on the right, 475 cc on the left.) He also revised her scar capsule and muscle attachment to make her breasts softer with a smoother transition. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
