41 year old woman, 5’3”, 115 lbs. breast implant revision, Orange County, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she did not like the look and feel of her saline breast implants; she also felt that her nipples were too large and low. Dr. Anton determined that she would benefit from a nipple reduction and that switching to a larger gel implant would help improve the shape of her breasts. Dr. Anton removed her original 350 cc saline implants, revised her scar capsules, and placed new 550 cc Mentor moderate profile plus smooth gel implants under the muscle. He also did a bilateral nipple reduction. There photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
