This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted smaller and more natural looking breasts. Dr. Anton felt that her breasts could be improved by moving them under the muscle and raising her breast fold to fix the bottomed out look. Dr. Anton removed her overfilled 410 cc saline implants, revised her scar capsules, raised her folds, and placed Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 325 cc implants under the muscle. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
