This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her breast implants after breastfeeding her children. She wore a 34 B cup and wanted to be a 34 D cup after surgery. Dr. Anton removed her original textured implants (255 cc on the right, 240 cc on the left,) revised her scar capsule and muscle, and placed Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel implants (425 cc on the right, 400 cc on the left.) He placed the implants under the muscle and did the surgery through imf incision in her breast folds. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
