51 year old woman, 5’7″, 180 lbs., breast implant revision, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breast implants had gotten hard. She wanted her breasts to stay about the same volume but wanted them to look more natural and to feel softer. Dr. Anton removed her original 340 cc saline implants, did significant work to her scar capsules, and placed new Mentor MP+ 325 cc implants under the muscle. He also did a crescent breast lift on her left breast to make her nipples more symmetric. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
