50 year old woman, 5’5”, 157 lbs, breast reconstruction, Orange County, CA

This patient previously had a mastectomy on her left breast. For this procedure she had a tram flap breast reconstruction; tissue was taken from her abdomen to create her breast and simultaneously her stomach was tightened with an abdominoplasty. Her right breast was also lifted for symmetry. Later a nipple was created using a star flap followed by her areola being tattooed. These photos were taken four months after her final procedure, not only was her breast reconstructed but also her stomach is now flatter.
