This patient wanted to have smaller and perkier breasts after breastfeeding her children. She had no previous breast surgeries and wanted to be a 38 D cup. She had a bilateral breast reduction with 303 grams removed from her right breast and 262 grams removed from her left breast. She also had Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 275 cc implants placed under the muscle to help the shape of her breast. These photos were taken 1 month after her procedure.
