This patient was unhappy when she looked at her profile. She felt that her neck and lack of chin made her look older and heavier than she really was. She underwent a chin enhancement procedure with neck liposuction; these two things dramatically improved the look of her neck and gave her chin definition. These photos were taken a year and a half after her procedure.
