This patient was unhappy with her appearance after losing weight and aging. She did not want to have a facelift but wanted to improve the look of her neck and jowls. She had a chin and cheek enhancement with neck liposuction, this surgery gave her an overall more rested and youthful look. These photos were taken six months after her procedure.
