This patient wanted neck liposuction at the age of 51 because she did not like how her neck was sagging but she did not feel ready for a facelift. For this procedure she had liposuction to her neck, it removed the fat but also helped tighten her neck. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery; she was very pleased with the subtle improvement in her appearance.
