66 year old male, 6’1”, 195 lbs, deviated septum, rhinoplasty, Los Angles County, Ca

This patient wanted a rhinoplasty because he always had trouble breathing and snoring and was frustrated with the overall size and appearance of his nose. He was diagnosed with a deviated septum before surgery. For this procedure he had a closed septorhinoplasty with osteotomies, dorsal reduction of soft and hard tissue, and a septoplasty with turbinate cautery/outfx. This photo was taken 6 months after his surgery. After his surgery his breathing greatly improved and he was very happy with the subtle change in his appearance.
