This patient wanted a rhinoplasty because she was dissatisfied with the look of her nose, she especially did not like the way it drops when she smiles. She had a closed rhinoplasty with inferior turbinate cautery / outfx. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery. She was very pleased with how the subtle change in her nose improved her entire appearance.
